My sister Tamara has been going to Severn location in Lousiania for ten years now. Everyone know her up to the Regional Manager. On her behalf (not know to her)I sent her story to your general email. In short she has and is a loyal consumer. She has had been layed off for18 months and just now got a job. Please feel free to confirm that everyone knows her at the Severn location. I asked for help for her for Thanksgiven. She usually buys the dinner package for as long as I can remember. Since thins are so hard for her I kindly ask if for her this year that you could offer to her for free a dinner package for her. How grateful she would be. She still goes to your store on Fri.,Sat.and Sun. Her friend places money on her card for her. She even has her OWN table. She is truely a wonderful person and very loyal to your resturant.
